With access to the whole of the equity release market and decades of experience, Access Equity Release is the company to call if you are thinking about equity release in Rugby or Dunchurch.

We aim to provide the best experience for our clients and are award-winning equity release specialists, and we can also offer expert advice and help at every stage of the process.

We genuinely believe in offering honest and individual solutions to meet your retirement needs. Equity release is not always the right choice for everyone, and we can also access residential mortgages and retirement interest-only mortgages.

Equity release allows homeowners over the age of 55 to release money from the property they live in, and unlike a normal mortgage, they do not need to make any monthly repayments. Instead, homeowners can withdraw a tax-free lump sum of money or regular smaller amounts while remaining in their homes.

Many safeguards and flexibility are built into today’s equity release plans, and our advisers can help you navigate this to tap into the wealth tied up in your home. We offer free and no-obligation consultations where one of our advisers will aim to get to know you and understand your financial situation so they can give you transparent and honest advice.

Our equity release company stays abreast of the market, where innovative products are being released regularly so that we can offer our clients the most up-to-date advice.
